Boosts hair growth

Love it!! Does exactly what it says!! ^_^ I have used this product on and off for several years. It’s amazing for hair and nail growth. I recently started taking these again and my hair has already grown 5 inches. My hair feels extra soft and healthy, and my skin literally glows. I’ve seen many negative reviews about the colour of the caplets, but if you do your research, the colour is not chemical; it’s derived from bugs. The only downside is that I’ve noticed it gives me intense heartburn if taken on an empty stomach. Simply take it with food or milk, and you should be fine. I love what these supplements do for my hair, skin, and nails! Thumbs up if my review was helpful! :)

I eat three times daily, and my nails strengthen quickly; it becomes difficult to decrease. The improvement in my skin appears from the effects of the supplements, with noticeable changes in skin and hair after two weeks. My hair shines, and splits are reduced. The size of the grains is like a grain of rice, and it smells like baby food. This product is excellent!
